[Pkg-nagios-devel] Bug#543657: nagios3: Norifications not sent on recovery in some suitations

Our debian system generates a lot of email alerts. In some cases a host or service recovers and this can bee seen in the event log yet no notification is sent. (the log also does not indicate that a notification has been sent)

Nagios 3.10 has a fix described as follows which may be the cause of this problem:
Fix for bug in time calculation routines that could cause notification, reporting, and check scheduling anomalies 

We previously used Nagios2 with no such problems.
