depends on what you want. Since you maintain the package in the svn of
the "Debian Nagios Maintainer Group", I guess the whole group should be
responsible for the package (and recieve bugreports), but you are doing the
primary work and normaly upload the package. If this is, what you want, I
think its the best you just switch the fields.
