[Pkg-nagios-devel] nagios-nrpe-plugin dependency chain reaching till apache2

i'd say that it would make more sense to move the Recommends: nagios3 to
a Suggests: nagios3, or remove it entirely, as nagios3 already suggests
nagios-nrpe-plugin, which makes a bit more sense.

care to report a bug on this so we don't forget?
