as it seems not so clear, what "local filesystems" means in this case, it's 
not so easy to decide how to fix that. Even /dev/mapper can contain (i)scsi 
and many other technologies, so it can't defined as "local" per se.
Upstream seems also to have problems deciding what to do since more than a 
year.
So I'm tagging the bug "wontfix" but keeping the upstream bug open, so if 
there is any process, we will benefit from it.
