After a wget
http://backports.org/debian/pool/main/i/icinga/icinga-cgi_1.0.2-1~bpo50+1_amd64.deb
file usr/lib/cgi-bin/icinga/statusmap.cgi
 usr/lib/cgi-bin/icinga/statusmap.cgi: ELF 64-bit LSB executable, x86-64,
version 1 (SYSV), dynamically linked (uses shared libs), for GNU/Linux
 2.6.8, stripped

So I can't follow your problem...
