[Pkg-nagios-devel] icinga-cgi package from backports.org: set to amd64 arch but requires ia32-libs

After a wget
file usr/lib/cgi-bin/icinga/statusmap.cgi
 usr/lib/cgi-bin/icinga/statusmap.cgi: ELF 64-bit LSB executable, x86-64,
 version 1 (SYSV), dynamically linked (uses shared libs), for GNU/Linux
 2.6.8, stripped

So I can't follow your problem...
