I don't think that any member of the Debian Nagios team is involved in
Ubuntu development (please correct me, if I'm wrong ;-)). So none of us
is able to upload to Ubuntu.

Anyway … packages should be auto-synced to Ubuntu every once in a while.
Submitting a wishlist bug report in Ubuntu (no idea about the right
place, though) about this might help -- have a look at the appropriate
Ubuntu documentation for details.
