3.3.x is considered being a developer release and contains various 
changes incompatible with upstream as well as newly introduced bugs.

so until there is not a new release you shouldn't invest too much time 
into "making it right".

at least those, some of them are not yet in svn either.

patching the package yourself without proper knowledge of such inner 
core parts would harm too much in case of failure (trust me being an 
icinga core dev)
