[Pkg-nagios-devel] Bug#682336: icinga-doc: swap/move docs to /usr/share/doc/icinga-doc/html

Cosmetically, this also affects #682358 a bit.

icinga-web may use the documentation, too (there's a cronk for it), and
it seems less clean to me, if icinga-web needs to point to a location
(/usr/share/icinga/htdocs/...) that belongs to icinga-cgi.
