These fixes should only be related to Kohana and have already been
applied to 2.3.4-2, which is in Wheezy.

I'll package 0.6.18 "soonish" but it won't make it into Wheezy (from my
pov, this is not necessary). If you should have any issues remaining in
Wheezy, please open specific bug-reports for those.
