TO maintainer: if you're using mutt to deal with your bug reports,
don't use the es.po saved from the mail you got. Omar is not
responsible, here, but a weird combination of some  MUA and mutt leads
to mutt considering the attachment as US-ASCII and therefore turning
all non ASCII characters to "??".

The fix for this is mut is:
- "v" to view message
- go to attached file
- Ctrl-E to edit the file headers
- turn "us-ascii" into "utf-8"

Non-broken file attached to make this easier.
