Hello,
this bug will be closed due to the next upload version 1.7.1-2.

I've cleaned some database handling and the config and postinst tasks
now "support" ident authentication.

Though the user will still have to some configuration work in order to
run Icinga Web under another user... Mostly changing webserver
configuration and file permissions. This can't be supported in the
Debian package as of now.
