[Pkg-nagios-devel] Bug#675097: icinga-common: /etc/init.d/icinga reload reports error: "shift: 244: can't shift that many"

When reloading icinag with /etc/init.d/icinga reload, it reports the error: "shift: 244: can't shift that many" when the system it is being run from has /bin/sh pointing to dash, the new default in debian.
