[Pkg-nagios-devel] nagircbot upload, orphaning

I've packaged and built new nagircbot packaging to fix bug #716627; the
debdiffs from the previous version are sane. Would someone make an upload
for me, please?

Also, I've filed a wnpp bug to orphan nagircbot; IMO, there are better, more
actively developed alternatives now.
