Wow, I had no idea that this was originally bundled with libc-bin.  I
don't think I would have made that connection.

You may also still need to change the path.  I installed the latest
rpcbind it installs rpcinfo into a different directory to what this
package expects /usr/sbin/rpcinfo.

I had to edit /usr/lib/nagios/plugins/utils.pm to force nagios to use
the correct path after installing rpcbind.
