[Pkg-nagios-devel] Bug#728421: nagiosgrapher: "page" option ignored in custom graphs

Dear Maintainer,

I drew custom graphs having some pages.
Nagiosgrapher ignored "page" option.

Another point, "page:" dropdown lists were not sorted.
I wish those lists to be sorted.
