Dear Maintainer,

check_ssh occasionally (6 - 12 times/day) the following message in syslog:

sshd: Read from socket failed: Connection reset by peer [preauth]

There is apparently an upstream or BSD patch for this issue at:

Thank you for considering the patch to remove the log message (and whatever associated failure it may represent on the part of this ssh client).
