[Pkg-nagios-devel] Bug#751120: nagios-plugins-standard: nagios plugins should not install daemons (rpcbind)

Dear Maintainer,

nagios-plugins-standard installs rpcbind by default as it is in recommends
however "libraries" should not install daemons.

What about moving to suggests?
