unfortunately you can't get the light and the dark side together.
Implifying I move prcbind to Suggests, I should do that for all those
other Recommends too. This will leave most of the users out in the
rain, which all have to install the corresponding packages to get
nagios-plugins working. So we won't do that.

This may help a bit here, but you have to discuss this with the
nagios-nrpe-server maintainer. As far as I can see[1] it's not in that
good shape (as far as I know, the upstream project is badly broken).
So the future of this package is very vague.
