Even using --no-instal-recommends doesn't appear to help

> jim at gibon:~$ sudo apt-get install --no-install-recommends nagios3

The issue seems to be the dependency on libapache2-mod-php5 as can
http://packages.ubuntu.com/trusty/nagios3-cgi

Would there be issues defaulting it to requiring php5-common or just
php5 instead of the apache-specific module?

Jim
