[Pkg-nagios-devel] Bug#714290: Bug#714290: package does not ship any documentation

Just hit this problem too. Upstream apparently keeps documentation on
Sourceforge, which has been down for some time (multiple days). I
installed this in the mistaken belief it would provide documentation..!

Odd that Debian would ship, essentially, an empty package.
