[Pkg-nagios-devel] Additional patches for check-mk

Hi Matt,

thank you so much for taking care of check-mk. I had been packaging the
agent locally for the last couple of months (see
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=707841) and I have
just cleaned up my local changes for the agent part.

I still suggest to package the agent part independently, since upstream
is notoriously bad at supporting the non-OMD installation anyway. I
offer my help in doing that.

Things that could additionally be considered:

- Package the inventory plugin
- make check-mk-agent-logwatch arch:all (it's just a python script)
- make check-mk-agent arch:all by using /usr/bin/timeout from coreutils
  (that's how I use our package on Raspberry Pi without an arm pbuilder)
