Hi

I finally got around to package libmonitoring-plugin-perl under the
pkg-perl umbrella and it now entered unstable. Could you switch the
use of Nagios::Plugin to Monitoring::Plugin? 

I see some parts waere actually patched to use Nagios::Plugin.
