Dear Maintainer,

icinga (1.13.4-1) FTBFS on Ubuntu because they include
-Wl,-Bsymbolic-functions in LDFLAGS. [0]

The attached patch strips -Wl,-Bsymbolic-functions from LDFLAGS which
should resolve this issue.
