[Pkg-nagios-devel] Bug#831530: icingaweb2-module-monitoring: missing module configuration directory

Hi.

When configuring the monitoring backend, then the Icinga Web 2 interface
apparently wants to write to /etc/icingaweb2/modules/monitoring/backends.ini
and possibly others in that path.

However, /etc/icingaweb2/modules/monitoring/ doesn't exist.

Please ship it with the package file and set proper permissions (i.e.
icingaweb2 as group owner that is allowed to write).
