[Pkg-nagios-devel] Bug#816916: nagios3-common depends on dummy package nagios-plugins-basic

Hi,

Package nagios3-common depends on dummy package nagios-plugins-basic,
thus preventing its removal.

The fix would be to replace the dependency on nagios-plugins-basic by
monitoring-plugins-basic.

In theory, this can be fixed in jessie without introducing new
dependencies, because nagios-plugins-basic already depends on
monitoring-plugins-basic, so changing this dependency in nagios3-common
shouldn't install any new package.
