Hi,

https://security-tracker.debian.org/tracker/source-package/nagios3 lists
6 open security issues in unstable and stretch, the package has not seen
a maintainer upload in 2 years, and has an RC bug: #776118

Also upstream has stopped development and is now working on nagios4.

So please remove this package in unstable.
