It built on armhf, but not on arm64. Not sure if the build failures were the
same or different. Feel free to close this bug and open a new one for arm64, or
whatever.

Yes, because icinga2 previously built there, and so there are outdated binaries.

It's also failed on s390x this time. These may just be flaky tests. You may want
to run them in a loop until they fail, both on the failing architectures
(arm64/s390x) and on amd64 as they may be unrelated to the host arch.
