Package: monitoring-plugins-basic
Version: 2.1.1-1
Severity: normal

Having installed icinga2 on a jessie system, I get a critical error on
the localhost with check_ping :

*** End of the template - remove these template lines ***
Host Status:	  DOWN
 (for 0d 0h 52m 19s)
 Status Information:	/bin/ping -n -U -w 30 -c 5
 CRITIQUE - Impossible d'interprter le rponse de la commande ping

My host has a strange locale probably, which causes the error.

# locale
LANG=fr_FR at euro
LC_CTYPE="fr_FR at euro"
LC_NUMERIC="fr_FR at euro"
LC_TIME="fr_FR at euro"
LC_COLLATE="fr_FR at euro"
LC_MONETARY="fr_FR at euro"
LC_MESSAGES="fr_FR at euro"
LC_PAPER="fr_FR at euro"
LC_NAME="fr_FR at euro"
LC_ADDRESS="fr_FR at euro"
LC_TELEPHONE="fr_FR at euro"
LC_MEASUREMENT="fr_FR at euro"

This seems like the same bug as old #327212.

Thanks in advance.

Best regards,
