offline != no internet access
You're for some reason implying that I'm installing icinga2 and icinga2-doc on
the same machine.
There are plenty of reasons to read up on icinga2 documentation without having
internet access. You might be traveling, you might be in a data centre with
restricted outbound access, or your ISP connection might just happen to be
down at home.
Also, https://icinga.com/docs/ is of limited use for Debian, as it always
points to the latest icinga2 version, which does not match the feature set and
version shipped in Debian.
