Upstream claims that in 1.4 it's no longer supported to run the agents 
outside of OMD. I started to try to get it to work, but they moved 
everything to a new set of python libraries and everything is pretty 
interdependent. I think it might be possible to still utilize the agent 
plugins stand alone, but it would take some hacking and would result in 
a fork.
