[Pkg-nagios-devel] Icinga 1.x and the buster release

While Icinga 1.x is EOL upstream since 2018-12-31, the icinga package
will be available in buster to give users time to migrate to Icinga 2
and Icinga Web 2.

With the upgrade from jessie to stretch, users were already forced to
migrated away from nagios3. If they chose to migrate to icinga due to
its high level of compatibility I don't want to force them to migrate
again when they upgrade to buster.

Support for the Icinga 1.x statusdata, compatlog & check-results
features is still present in Icinga 2.10, and so is the
icinga2-classicui package that uses them.

Support for these features has been deprecated and will be removed in
Icinga 2.11, so sticking to the Icinga 1.x UI while using Icinga 2 is
not recommended.

The icinga2-classui binary package will be removed from the icinga2
source package when it is updated for the 2.11 release. That is also
likely the time that the icinga package will be removed from unstable.
More packages will need to be updated to not depend, recommend or
suggest the icinga (1.x) packages, so bugs will be filed for those when
that time comes.

To inform users about the future of icinga & icinga2-classicui packages,
I've prepared a patch for the release notes.

If no issues with the patch are raised that require changes, I intend to
submit it for inclusion in the release notes next week.
