When running this on buster with package 27.20200511+1:

# /usr/lib/nagios/plugins/check_libs
The following processes have libs linked that were upgraded:
systemd-logind (662), systemd (11284, 11282)

I guess this was fixed with 27.20200511+1 by:

* [45d41ae] check_libs is now a symlink to check_libs_ng
