[Pkg-nagios-devel] Bug#1053687: /usr/lib/nagios/plugins/utils.pm should set $PATH_TO_LMSTAT to /usr/local/bin/lmstat

Any changes to $PATH_TO_LMSTAT in /usr/lib/nagios/plugins/utils.pm will 
be overwritten by the next package upgrade. It is therefore impossible 
to tell the package in a stable way where the lmstat binary is located. 
I assume lmstat is not provided by any standard debian package, so I 
suggest setting $PATH_TO_LMSTAT to /usr/local/bin/lmstat

The sysadmin could then create a symbolic link /usr/local/bin/lmstat and 
that would fix things.
