Greetings,

one of my packages (file) cannot transition to testing as your package
uses it in autopkgtest, and these tests sometimes fail due to network
issues.

Example:

https://ci.debian.net/packages/n/nagios-plugins-contrib/testing/loong64/71972806/#S13

```
 557s autopkgtest [03:36:12]: test command3: [-----------------------
1099s error: while downloading https://security-tracker.debian.org/tracker/debsecan/release/1/sid:
1099s error: [Errno 101] Network is unreachable
1099s ERROR: Problem executing debsecan. Check if your host is allowed to connect to the internet.
1099s        If a proxy server should be used please export the http_proxy variable.
1100s autopkgtest [03:45:15]: test command3: -----------------------]
```

As I understood Paul Gevers in IRC, there are network-related issues on
the loong64 autopkgtest box, hence autopkgtests requiring internet are
disabled there - but as your tests not declare "needs-internet", they
are still being run, causing trouble,

Please update where applicable - I've seen failure for tests number 3,
5, und 7.

    Christoph
