[Pkg-net-snmp-devel] please fix net-snmp in debian

Hello net-snmp Devel Team,

I'm one member of the lustre team. Lustre doesn't migrate to testing since 
it depends on net-snmp which isn't able to migrate to testing for 85 days 
now. 

The reason is (as you should know) a dependency on a package which isn't 
available in debian.
