[Pkg-net-snmp-devel] fixing libsnmp-perl bug #429162 in stable

Hello.  I'd like to ask about the possibility of trying to get Bug
#429162 fixed in a stable point release.  The synchronous mode
snmpbulkwalk functionality is completely broken.  The functionality was
present in sarge and is present in the newer versions in testing and
unstable.  The patch to fix this bug is very simple (see attached) and
we've been using it successfully at my site.

I'd be happy to prepare an upload targetting stable-proposed-updates and
work with the SRM if you'd like.
