Thanks for your report! I will fix this ASAP.

SNMP maintainers, I would expect an announcement for this transition,
either via d-d-a or by filing bugs against all reverse deps that depend
on libsnmp10-dev.

pbuilder works fine while sbuild isn't and that why went unnoticed.
