  After sending this bug report I have realised that it really didn't make much sense. But what I can see for sure, is that my CPU graphics in "Cacti" don't
show the same CPU Usage as it did before the upgrade.

  These are CPU graphics of that machine (It's a router). You can see clearly a change in graphics aspect after the upgrade on Friday, 7th November.

  Anyway, I didn't expect to start receiving messages warning that the value was being truncated. It didn't happen with snmpd 5.2.1 .
