Package: libsnmp-base
Version: 5.4.2.1~dfsg-3
Severity: normal

The NET-SNMP-VACM-MIB file appears to be missing from the binary
package. I see it in the source tree. It's _entirely_ possible that I
fail to understand some subtlety here.
Something appears to want this MIB, as we get warnings when trying to
run some of our tools.
