 I see the smiley, but no. ;)  Actually, experimental would be that
area.

 Erm, they would pop up anyway because the download facility you had in
the package can't be active by default, and the package you ITPed has a
different name (and would still not contain them).

 That's correct, but a completely different part of the issue. :)
