Nope, it's even wrong:

- start shouldn't complain if snmpd is already started so --oknodo is correct.
- stop shouldn't complain if snmpd is already stopped so --oknodo is correct.


However, restart should complain if snmpd can't be started as the script makes sure snmpd has been stopped before.
