[Pkg-net-snmp-devel] Bug#531056: leaks memory when vlan subinterfaces present

I have applied John's debdiff and can confirm it works perfectly.

It would be nice to get this pushed in the main repo. That might avoid
some other people to find their machine swapping like hell after been
running for long :s.
