Just for MIB stuff? I can also just subscribe to net-snmp packaging team.

Seems fine. We should also find a way to retrieve IANA stuff too. At
least those:
 IANA-ADDRESS-FAMILY-NUMBERS-MIB
 IANAifType-MIB
 IANA-RTPROTO-MIB

They are used by some from IETF. I don't know if there is a way to
automatically retrieve them.

If there is a way to retrieve MIB from IETF and IANA, clean them with
smistrip, I think this is the best way to go.

Finally, will you create a new package that would just download MIB or
will you keep that in libsnmp-base?
