Apparently a patch around the VACM config is now breaking the
snmptrapd.conf parsing.  My file has one line (except comments)

authCommunity log,execute,net public

snmptrapd fails with:
Nov  8 22:46:02 elmo snmptrapd[8369]: /etc/snmp/snmptrapd.conf: line 14: Warning
: Unknown token: authCommunity.

makes it hard to use snmptrapd without that token.
