[Pkg-net-snmp-devel] libsnmp: why is it not compliant with DFSG?

Dear SNMP developers,

I discovered today that libsnmp package for squeeze is named "libsnmp15
5.4.3~dfsg-2". If I understand well, the "dfsg" in the name means that you
tagged libsnmp as not compliant with DFSG.

Could you please tell me what makes libsnmp not compliant with DFSG?
