Unfortunately, since the birth of my daughter I don't have enough time 
to seriously work on this package. Additionally, at least any version 
beginning with 5.5 will need to have several modules removed including 
SNMP traps if you run them with all MIB files removed. And all MIB files 
released earlier than November 10, 2008 can't be distributed within 
Debian as they violate the social contract of Debian. Unfortunately, 
this includes the SMI files which are included by any other MIB, so even 
newer MIB files won't work as the includes are missing.

Just with a rough look I noticed you include all MIB files, including 
the non-free ones, which prevents an upload to Debian. Sorry.
