Dear Maintainer,

I just installed snmptrapd and used the example traptoemail tool
to send me traps. I noticed my email client does not order
them correctly according to the date.

The date header is not correctly RFC822 formated, probably because
the locale is not 'C':

Subject: trap received from switchtv.woody.ch: IF-MIB::linkDown
