As found by ntyni, this is

which links to a fix in upstream git at
https://sourceforge.net/p/net-snmp/code/ci/4e793461e96a2b4fd81142ab312d074d5c8841fa/
(attached for convenience).

And with this patch applied on top, the package builds with 5.24.
