[Pkg-net-snmp-devel] Bug#894626: Bug#894626: libsnmp-info-perl: FTBFS against libsnmp-perl (src:net-snmp) 5.7.3+dfsg-2

-1.8 has:
Warning: -L../../snmplib/.libs changed to
-L/build/net-snmp-5.7.3+dfsg/perl/default_store/../../snmplib/.libs
Warning: -L../../snmplib/ changed to
-L/build/net-snmp-5.7.3+dfsg/perl/default_store/../../snmplib/
Writing MYMETA.yml and MYMETA.json

But -2 has:
Warning: -L../../snmplib/.libs changed to
-L/build/net-snmp-5.7.3+dfsg/perl/default_store/../../snmplib/.libs
Warning: -L../../snmplib/ changed to
-L/build/net-snmp-5.7.3+dfsg/perl/default_store/../../snmplib/
Warning (mostly harmless): No library found for -lnetsnmp

The perl module is not linked to libsnmp which is why there is a symbol
error.
