[Pkg-net-snmp-devel] Add PID file to snmpd

Thanks again Craig,

This is the files I have for SNMPD, I didn't change any file:

# cat /etc/init.d/snmpd | pastebinit
http://paste.debian.net/1022519/

# cat /lib/systemd/system/snmpd.service | pastebinit
http://paste.debian.net/1022520/

I have not the /etc/systemd/system/snmpd.service file in my system.
